How to order cars

 

1. Please tell us your preference, e.g., model name, year of make, color, budget, AT/MT, petrol/diesel, destination port, etc., by e-mail to info@jcars.jp After that, you and we will start communication and will exchange many e-mails each other.

 

2. We will quote C&F price of such vehicle. If everything is OK with you in respect of price and car detail in the quotation, we will issue proforma invoice so that you can send money to us by bank transfer. Our bank information is written in the proforma invoice. We will procure equivalent or BETTER cars/trucks through auction after receipt of payment. Please don't worry. We will show all information of vehicle before we bid, such as mileage, pictures, condition etc. If you authorize us to bid, we will bid. If you don't authorize the one, we don't bid. We will keep showing other ones until you authorize us to bid. 

 

3. Once we win the bid of the car you authorized, we start to arrange inland transportation of the vehicle from auction house to port yard, de-registration of the car after receipt of the official document of the car, JEVIC or JAAI if needed, booking of a vessel, and documentation to clear Japanese Custom. We will ask you name, address and cell phone number of consignee and notify party.

 

4. We will notify you of shipping schedule as soon as booking of a vessel is completed.
